What is phase I?
Phase I is our foundations program for beginners or those who are trying to get back into a consistent fitness routine again! Our classes are a blast and our coaches are motivating. We aim to get participants acclimated with our methods, programming and community. We also offer nutrition coaching with this program.
On Saturday, June 3rd we will be holding an open-house for those interested in getting acclimated with our gym, our coaches, nutrition, and we will also be holding assessments. Please join us from 11:00AM-1:00PM and register below!
Our program is 4 weeks long and participants get to workout 3 days/week! The next session begins on June 6th at the following times:
Tuesdays - 6:30PM
Thursdays - 6:30PM
Fridays - ANY class listed on schedule
